The SIVA Rapid Intake — SystemsCoaching.life

SystemsCoaching.life  ·  The SIVA Rapid Intake

You've tried everything.
This is something different.

The SIVA Rapid Intake doesn't just help your family feel better. It helps your child's grades get better too — because it's built on both psychology and academics, working together.

You've been working so hard. And still, something isn't clicking.

You've tried tutors. You've tried therapy. You may have tried medication. You've read everything, attended the meetings, had the same conversation with your child twelve different ways — and somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like a conversation at all.

Here is what most of those interventions have in common: they target either the child's mind or the child's grades. Rarely both. And almost never the family system that surrounds them.

Sangeetha's work is anchored in both academics and psychology — which means when it works, two things happen at once. The family finds its footing again. And the grades move. Not because someone drilled flashcards, but because the system around your child finally makes sense.

The SIVA Rapid Intake is where that work begins — a clear picture of what's actually happening, and a pathway forward built around your child, your family, and your values.

"SIVA is the only parent-completed diagnostic we've found that treats the family as the unit of change — not the child, not the parent, but the family system itself as the thing being measured and the thing being restructured."

We've searched the EF coaching and assessment landscape and found no other tool that combines these five elements. That's not a marketing claim. It's an open invitation to prove us wrong.

This is for you if…

  • Your child is clearly capable — and clearly struggling. Maybe they're anxious, avoidant, resistant, or shutting down. Maybe there's a diagnosis: ADHD, RSD, neurodivergence of some kind. Maybe there isn't one yet, and that uncertainty is its own kind of exhaustion.
  • You've tried the standard interventions and they haven't held — or they worked briefly, and then stopped, and you're back to square one wondering why.
  • The word "undiagnosed" keeps coming up in your head, or in conversations with teachers, or in the space between you and your child at the dinner table.
  • You feel like you're flying blind: something needs to change, but nobody has been able to tell you what, or where to start.
  • You want a real answer written for your child — not a score, not a label, not a pamphlet about executive function. A plan.
  • You're ready to be part of the solution, not just the person who arranges and pays for it.

How it works

1

You fill out the SIVA Rapid Intake Diagnostic

A thoughtful, structured form that takes most parents 25–50 minutes. It covers your child's history, what you've already tried, what's working, what isn't — and questions most specialists never think to ask.

2

Sangeetha reads every word

Not software. Not an algorithm. A former teacher and executive function specialist who reads your responses and writes a report built entirely around your child and your family.

3

Your Pathways Report arrives within 48–72 hours

Clear, honest, specific. What's actually going on, what to do about it, and in what order. No fluff, no jargon, no vague suggestions to "increase structure."

4

Tier 2: 90 minutes together to go deeper

We go through the report together, you ask every question you've been holding, and we adjust anything that needs tailoring to your family. You leave with a plan you actually understand and believe in.

What makes SIVA different

Five elements. No other tool we've found combines all of them.

01

Parent-completed

You know your child and your family. The diagnostic starts there — not with a clinician's intake assumptions.

02

EF & ADHD-specific

Built around executive function and ADHD profiles — not adapted from a general assessment.

03

Family-system mapped

Grounded in ecological theory. The child is seen inside their system — not extracted from it.

04

Culturally embedded

Your family's language, religion, values, and background are built into the assessment — not treated as a footnote.

05

Actionable pathway as output

Not a score. Not a label. A real plan — a 4-week pathway your family can actually follow.

A few questions

Who is this for?

Parents of teens and young adults — typically ages 13–22 — whose child is clearly capable and clearly struggling, and where the gap between those two things hasn't been explained yet. That includes kids with ADHD, RSD, anxiety, avoidance, neurodivergence of any kind, and kids who are undiagnosed but unmistakably off-track. A formal diagnosis is not required. What's required is that you know something isn't working — and you're ready to find out what.

How long does the diagnostic form take?

Most parents complete it in 25–50 minutes. You'll receive the link immediately after payment.

When will I receive my Pathways Report?

Within 48–72 hours of submitting your completed form. Sangeetha reads every response personally before writing the report.

What if I start with Tier 1 and want to add the session later?

Email Sangeetha@SystemsCoaching.Life and we'll make it work.

Why are prices lower right now?

This is a launch phase. In exchange for these rates, I ask for honest feedback on the process — and, if it was valuable, a testimonial. Prices will increase once this phase ends.

Is this coaching? Do I need to commit to ongoing sessions?

No. The SIVA Rapid Intake is a standalone product. There's no commitment beyond what you purchase. Some families choose to work with Sangeetha further — but that is always your choice.

Your family deserves a map.

Not more advice. Not another referral. A real picture of what's happening — and a pathway forward that was built for you.
