Systems Coaching · Work With Me

Something
isn't working.
Let's find out why.

Your student is capable. You are not imagining the gap between what they are able to do and what is actually happening. The missing piece is not effort — it is the system underneath.

Right now
Finals are coming and nothing we have tried is sticking.
Looking ahead
This summer, something has to change before next year starts.
Long pattern
We have been in survival mode for years and I need a real answer.

Two paths in. One system underneath.

For Parents

You are the primary unit of change
  • You have tried tutors, accommodations, apps, consequences — and something still is not working
  • Your student's struggles are starting to fracture the family system
  • You want to understand the why, not just get tips to try
  • You are ready to shift how you show up — not just what you do
  • You want a coach who understands the intersection of emotion, cognition, and executive function

For Students

You know you are capable. The gap is real.
  • You understand the material but it does not show up on tests or in your grades
  • Procrastination, avoidance, or anxiety is running the show
  • You have been told to just try harder and that does not feel like an answer
  • You want to build systems that work for how your brain actually operates
  • You want coaching, not tutoring — you do not need the content explained again

Diagnostic first. Always.

Every engagement begins with understanding the system — not guessing at strategies. This is what separates coaching that changes things from support that just manages them.

01

Map the system

We start with a structured diagnostic — not a questionnaire, a systems inventory. Looking at the intersection of emotion, cognition, executive function, and the family environment.

02

Identify the leverage points

Most families are trying to fix outputs. We work on inputs. Once we understand where the system is breaking down, we know exactly where to put the pressure.

03

Shift the pattern

Coaching is active and relational. You are in a real-time feedback loop with someone who holds the whole picture and is tracking the system with you.

Not tutoring. Not therapy. The space between.

Tutors address content. Therapists address clinical needs. I work in the gap that neither covers — the executive function, emotional regulation, and family systems layer that determines whether everything else works. If your student has support but it is still not translating, this is why.

Systems-level thinking
I am not working on your student in isolation. The family system is the unit of change, and that is what we treat.
Diagnostic before prescriptive
No generic strategies. Every recommendation comes from what the diagnostic reveals about your specific situation.
Premium, boutique practice
I work with a small number of families at a time. This is high-touch, not volume-based.

Choose your entry point. Every path starts with the system.

What students discovered.

"She does not tell you what to do. She helps you figure out what actually works for you. Then she holds you to it — but in a way that feels supportive, not pressured."
